Gourmet Keto Bacon Cheddar Mashed Cauliflower!

Easy Cauliflower Mashed made into a gourmet version. Even better then your average mashed potatoes. Guarantee! Directions and ingredients list below. Thank you and enjoy this recipe.
Chop, cut, and/or mince all your vegetables and bacon to desired sizes.
Boil or steam our cauliflower for about 15 to 20 minutes until they get really tender and mushie.
crispy up our bacon and save for later. The bacon is going to be our topping of our CauliMashed.
Hard boil 4 eggs and smash them to pieces.
When Cauliflower is tender, use a food processor and process until desire consistency. Like Mashed potatoes.
add in almond milk and cream cheese to processor and process until thoroughly mixed.
Saute red onion, garlic, and white part of green onions in half of the butter.
In a smaller pot, heat up the other half of the butter and put in our mixed cauliflower with the cream cheese and almond milk.
When the sauteed onion, garlic, and green onions are done, add into cauliflower mashed mix.
Mixed until everything is evenly distributed. Sprinkle some of the green part of the green onions we have put to the side from earlier. Serve, and enjoy. Add more salt to taste if preferred. Oh so yummy.
1 whole head of cauliflower floret'd
1/4 chopped red onions
3 gloves of garlic minced
1/2 a bar of cream cheese (4 ounces)
6 slices of smoked bacon chopped into inch size
3 green onions chopped
1 stick of Kerrygold butter. Or any kind of butter you prefer. I used salted butter.
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
1/8 cheddar cheese(optional)
Also, special ingredient
4 hard boil eggs smashed to pieces
