Keto Low Carb Vietnamese Style Shaken Beef Bo Luc Lac on top of cauliflower rice
Keto-friendly Low carb Vietnamese style Shaken Beef or in Vietnam it's called "Bo Luc Lac". Beef that is shaken. On top of cauliflower rice. Really easy and delicious to make. Vietnamese cuisine fix on keto achieved.
Marinade meat ingredients
Rib Eye Steak cut into cubes

almost 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar https://amzn.to/2p8Yr9P
5 small cloves of minced garlic
Rice Cauliflower ingredients
1 1/2 Tbsp butter https://amzn.to/2MUUDSB
1 tbsp olive oil https://amzn.to/2Nh3Fbp
2 cloves of minced garlic
green onions
cauliflower riced
salt, black pepper, garlic powder to taste
shredded Mexican cheese(optional)
step one Marinade the Meat
Cut meat into one-inch cube size. In an empty mixing bowl, add in our dry ingredients and mix well. Then add in our wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add in meat to mixing bowl. Mince garlic and add-in, as well. Mix our marinade and meat to evenly coat everything. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Step two Making our CauliRice
I've already pre-riced my cauliflower. You can make cauliflower rice from a full head of cauliflower or you can buy them pre-riced in the frozen section of the grocery store.
Now, in a heated frying pan, add in 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Mince 2 cloves of garlic and when the pan is heated enough, add in the minced garlic. Wait until our oil and butter is infused with the garlic and then add in our cauliflower rice. The lower you cook the more tender the cauliflower gets. I like my cauli-rice not crunchy and pretty tender. When almost to your desired tenderness add in 1/2 tbsp of butter and add in our green onions. Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste.
Step three Cook the Meat
Heat a cast-iron skillet to high heat. Not too high where it will burn. Add in 1 1/2 of butter. Let that melt and heat up well. We want to sear our meat to get that good Maillard reaction flavor.
Step four (optional deliciousness)
Fry an egg or two sunny sided up. The egg is so good with this dish. I guarantee.
Step five Eat
Using a plate or a bowl, add in on the cauliflower rice, add in our shaken beef, and add in top our optional egg. Finally, enjoy it.
Try this recipe out. It is so good. You can also sautee some spinach and onions to add in this dish. Which is so delicious.
