Keto Pumpkin Avocado Smoothie

Keto Pumpkin Avocado Smoothie/Shake. Creamy and sweet. Delicious for the Fall/WInter season. Very easy to make. Great for Holloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Holiday season. Make at home and enjoy it.



Ingredients

1 avocado

1/2 of 15oz can pure pumpkin puree https://amzn.to/2MYD8j0

1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp liquid stevia natural sweetener https://amzn.to/31xp6u2

1/2 ground ginger https://amzn.to/33JyJai

2 to 3 tbsp monk fruit granulated sweetener https://amzn.to/2N686pA

Ninja Food processor https://amzn.to/2qsLJmk


step 1

Add all ingredients into a food processor. I used a Ninja blender. Blend until well combined and incorporated.


Step 2

Depending on how much you want to make, I decided to only drink half of the shake. So, I poured half of the mixture into a Ninja smoothie cup and added 4 large ice cubes and blend until ice and pumpkin turned into a smooth shake texture.


Step 3

Drink and enjoy. I like to enjoy it out of a bowl. So, you can pour it into a bowl. Add pecans and sprinkle cinnamon on top. It was very delicious this way too.
