Kimchi Stir Fry with Pork

Delicious as F Kimchi stir fry. Low carb keto-friendly. Or, eat it with rice or noodles. Either way. Delicious as fuck. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Ingredients List Pork marinade 1/2 lb pork shoulder steak 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp pink salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp white pepper 2 tbsp sesame seed oil 1 tbsp fish salt KimChi stir fry 1 cup Kimchi 1/4 cabbage 2 green onions 3 Celery sticks 1/4 red onions 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp white pepper 1/2 salt pinch of garlic powder pinch of black pepper 2 tbsp sesame seed oil 1 tbsp fish salt Stir-frying ingredients 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp avocado oil garnish ingredients (optional) A few Parsley lime First step. Marinade our pork. Cut our pork shoulder steak into thin slices. In a large mixing bowl, add our dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Then, add our wet ingredients and mix. Then, add our pork and coat pork well with marinade. Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour. Second step. Prepping Vegetables for stir fry. Slice cabbage into medium size pieces. Chop green onions diagonally into 1 to 2-inch pieces. Do the same to the celery. Chop red onions into think slices. Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Then, pick the leaves of the parsley to use later for garnish. Third Step. Stir fry. Heat up a wok or frying pan on high. Add in 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp avocado oil. When oil and butter and hot enough, through in our red onions. Mix a bit. Throw in our celery, Mix a bit. Throw in our cabbage mix all together. Make a hole in the center of our wok and add in about 1 more tbsp avocado oil. Then, add in two eggs. Now, mix everything together. After mixing for a little bit, add in all the green onions and the rest of the garlic. At this time we can add in our seasonings. So, add in white pepper, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, sesame seed oil, and fish salt. Mix thoroughly and add our kimchi. Fourth step. Stir fry pork In a separate pan. add in 1 to 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp avocado oil. Let heat a bit and add in half the minced garlic. When the aroma of garlic infuses into butter and oil, add in our pork shoulders. Pan fry until meat is fully cooked. Fith step. Plate Add kimchi stir fry to a plate and put pork on top. Garnish with parsley and lime if you like. Eat and enjoy it. Thank you and you are welcome
