Low carb keto bun thit nuong (Vietnamese grilled pork with vermicelli)

Step 1

Grilled pork recipe

1 lb Pork shoulders - chopped into thick slices

Marinade with

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp five spice powder

1 tsp Himalayan salt

mix dry ingredients together uniformly

now for wet ingredients

1 tbsp Squid fish sauce

2 tbsp sesame seed oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp maple flavored monk fruit syrup

(use regular honey for none low carb)

3 cloves minced garlic

2 tbsp minced lemon grass

mix all together with pork chops. Put in fridge to set for 2 hours

Step 2

Fish sauce recipe for dipping and pouring onto finished dish

sweet sour and salty and spicy

1 1/2 cups warm water

1 1/2 cups white vinegar

(I used Swerve erythritol and stevia droplets)

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup fish sauce

4 cloves minced garlic

1 lime juices

1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce

preheat oven 425 degrees F

bake for 20 - 25 minutes depending on how thick they are.

Step 3

prepare tofu shirataki noodles.

Rinse with cold water for 10 seconds than boil in boiling water

sliced cucumber

bean sprouts

mint leafs

and green onions

cut vegetables julienne and make it look pretty in a bowl with shirataki noodles

When meat is done slice them some more to fit your eating style.

Spoon in the prepared fish sauce from step 2 over the bowl as desired and enjoy.
