Delicious Low Carb Vietnamese Style Malabar Spinach Soup With Okra and shrimp.

Ingredients
1/4 to 1/2 lb Malabar Spinach (Vietnamese Spinach) https://amzn.to/2Ox2THQ

Step 1
Prepare shrimp
Make sure shrimp is clean and washed. Then, cut shrimp in half and devein them. Take the broad side of a knife and lightly smash shrimp. This will bring out all the shrimpy flavors.
Step 2
Brown and saute shrimp
Heat a pot and add in butter. Once butter is melted add in minced garlic. When the aroma of garlic is infused into butter you may add in our shrimp. Shrimp is pretty fast to cook. So, just cook them until they are nice and gold brown. Also, add in about 1 tbsp of Fish Sauce. Stir to well incorporate. Once shrimp is cooked you can add in water and bring water to a boil.
Step 3
Prepare Malabar and Okra
Using a cutting board, cut okra into inch size pieces. You can also cut our Malabar spinach (Vietnamese spinach) as well. Once the water is to a boil we can add in our Malabar and okra. cook with the lid on for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then, serve and eat.
