Most Delicious MEATLOAF Ever!

What's up everybody. today episode we will be making Meatloaf. This is my first time making and eating this dish. I got to admit this is so damn delicious.


Meatloaf Ingredients Dry Ingredients 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp white pepper 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp dry dill Wet Ingredients 2 tbsp muster 1/4 cup zero sugar ketchup 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cup crushed pork rinds 2 lb ground beef 3 large eggs 1/2 a huge carrot grated 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)


Saute Aromatic Ingredients

1/2 red onion

3 cloves garlic

1 knob of garlic Meatloaf Topping ingredients 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Homemade ketchup ingredients 3 ounces tomato paste 1 tsp fish sauce(optional) 3 tbsp water 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit First, we will get our aromatic ingredients ready. So, chop half a red onion into small pieces, mince three cloves of garlic, and peel a knob of ginger. Heat up a frying pan. Add in olive oil. Once the oil is heated add in the onions and garlic to the pan and grate in the knob of ginger. Grating the ginger brings out more of the aromatic flavors. Saute until the aroma comes out then set to aside Next. We are going to mix our meat together. We will start by mixing all our dry ingredients together. Mix them. Then, add in the rest of the Meat ingredients. Also, add in the aromatic ingredients. The onion, garlic, and ginger that we sauteed earlier. Mix everything together thoroughly. Get a bread pan and grease it with nonstick spray or oil. add in our meat concoction goodness. Spread on a layer of our homemade ketchup on top of our meatloaf. In a preheated oven bake for about 40 minutes. Take out and add our cheese on top. Bake for another 20 minutes. Make sure when done the center of the meatloaf is 160 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Now, let sit for 15 minutes or so to cool down and enjoy.
